ATOL Protection
Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays sold by YTC and its agents are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, ATOL protection does not apply to all holidays and travel services listed. Before you make your booking, we will advise you of which arrangements are ATOL protected. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate, the booking will not be ATOL protected. Protected Trust Services (PTS)
All customer monies are held in an independent PTS Trust Account and are only released after you have returned from your holiday. This means your funds are fully protected in the unlikely event of supplier failure, giving you complete peace of mind when booking. Lux Voyage trades as an Appointed Agent of Your Travel Consultant Ltd and sells travel arrangements under the company's ATOL and PTS memberships.
